Where do you ship to?
Merchandise is delivered by Canada Post and can be shipped across Canada!
Beer is delivered by Canada Post and can only be shipped to an address within British Columbia. On delivery, recipients are required to present two pieces of ID. Please note that the name on the order and the name of the person receiving it must match!
How much do you charge for shipping?
Canada Post determines shipping rates based on the items selected.
What happens if my product is damaged?
Get in touch with us immediately by emailing retail@vibrewing.com. Please send us a photo so that we can determine what happened, and we will work with you to resolve the issue!
Do you allow returns or exchanges for beer and merchandise?
All beer sales are final. If you receive a product that is damaged, please get in touch with us immediately by emailing retail@vibrewing.com and send us a photo so that we can determine what happened. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
During Covid-19, we will not be accepting any exchanges. If your product was damaged, we will issue you a refund or replace your product!
I can’t find the beer I’m looking for; is there any way I can still order it?
If you can’t find a beer on our website it may be low in stock. Send us an email to retail@vibrewing.com or give us a call at 250-361-0007 and we may be able to track it down for you!
You can also check out our online beer finder for a list of local liquor stores that carry our products.
