Misthorn Aurora IPA
6.9% ABV | 75 IBU | 12 SRM
This hop forward IPA features a trifecta of supporting flavours - sweet orange peel, star anise, and cinnamon, mirroring the three pinnacles that overlook its namesake.
- Superior Pilsner, Munich, Crystal (20,80), Rye
- Magnum (60), Cascade (15,0,dry), Amarillo (0,dry)
- Moderate-high sweet orange and citrus/pine hops initially. Moderate-low spicy rye, star anise, and cinnamon fill in the mid-palate. Balance is hoppy and the finish is of moderate piney hops with a lingering of spiced orange.
